Recipes - World Famous Recipes - Blue Cheese Stuffed Eggs Recipe By :Cook Now - Serve Later Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : *Transfer Cheese Eggs Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 Hard Cooked Eggs, Peeled 1/4 Cup Bleu Cheese -- crumbled 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream 4 Teaspoons Tarragon Vinegar 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- chopped Minced Parsley For Garnish Halve each egg lengthwise and transfer the yolks to a small bowl, reserving the whites. Mash the yolks; then add the blue cheese, mayonnaise, cream, vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper and blend well. Fill each half egg with the cheese mixture. Cover and chill for several hours. Will keep, refrigerated, for up to 24 hours. When ready to serve. garnish with minced parsley, if desired. Makes 12 egg halves.
