Meanwhile, heat a 12 inch nonstick skillet over high heat. Add beef and cook 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Add stir-fry and cook 3 minutes or until onions are tender, stirring constantly. Stir in ketchup, remove the skillet from heat, and cover to keep warm. When macaroni is cooked, add pasta warter, drained macaroni, and salt to the beef mixture. Stir and serve.
