Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake

1-1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tbl. sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Filling:
1/4 cup semi-sweet chips
1/4 cup whipping cream
3 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Topping:
1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chips
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine the cookie crumbs and sugar.  Stir in the butter.   Press
on the
bottom and up the sides (1-1/2") of a greased 9-inch springform
pan. 
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.  Cool.  Reduce the oven
heat
to 325 degrees. 
Filling:  Melt the chips until smooth and remove from the heat and
add the
cream; mixing well.  Set aside.  Beat the cream cheese and sugar
until
smooth.  Add the cocoa and beat well.  Add the eggs and beat until
just
combined.  Stir in the vanilla and the melted chip mixture until
just
blended.  Pour over the crust.  Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the
center is
almost set.
Topping:  Melt the chips until smooth. Remove from the heat and add
in
the cream and vanilla, mixing well.  Spread over the baked filling.
Refrigerate overnight.  Carefully run a knife around the edges to
loosen from the pan.  Garnish with whipped cream and candy kisses.
