Baked Apple and Carrot Casserole

6 apples, cored, peeled, thinly sliced
2 cups cooked carrots
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
salt to taste
3/4 cup orange juice

Place half the apples in baking dish add half the carrots,mix brown
sugar,flour and salt and sprinkle over mixture. Repeat layers and pour
orange juice on top Bake at 350 degree's f. for 45 minutes
serves 6
