[ world-famous-recipes ] Simple Broccoli Casserole

BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

2 packages (box not bag) frozen broccoli (cooked and drained)
1 c. dry stuffing, unseasoned
1/4 c. melted margarine

Combine:
2 beaten eggs
1 chopped onion (medium)
1 can 10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Place a layer of broccoli, a layer of the egg mixture and repeat layers. Top with stuffing and melted margarine. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
