Dessert Recipes - Winter Strawberries

1 1/2 cups grated walnuts
1 1/2 cups grated coconut
3 (3 ounce) packages strawberry Jell-O
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup red sugar
green gumdrop spearmint leaves

Combine walnuts, coconut, gelatin, milk and vanilla. Chill for 1
hour. Roll into balls; shape into strawberry shape by pinching one
end. Chill again. Roll in red sugar. Cut stems from gumdrop leaves;
poke hole in strawberry and insert stems. Keep in airtight container.

Dessert Recipes - STRAWBERRY FROZEN YOGURT DESSERT RECIPE

Ingredents
I envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/3 cup sugar or sugar substitute
1-1.4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen

instructions
In a saucepan sprinkle gelatin over milk and let stand for 1 minute…
stir in sugar and set over moderately low heat, stirring about 2 minutes until dissolved……
ALLOW to cool until thickened stirring occassionally……
Transfer mixture to a large bowl and whisk in yogurt..
Fold in the straeberries……
FREEZE the mixture in an ice cream maker..

Spring Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette

Spring Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette

3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup olive oil
3/4 cup sliced strawberries
1 pound green or red leaf lettuce, rinsed and drained
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
In work bowl of food processor with knife blade, process sugar, vinegar, 2
tablespoons onion, dry mustard and salt. With machine running, slowly pour
in oil through feed tube, processing until thick. Add the 3/4 cup
strawberries; process until smooth. Chill several hours or overnight. In
large salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients; toss with dressing. Serve
immediately.
Makes 4 servings

Strawberry Dakari - Strawberry Daquari - Strawberry Daiquiri

Looking for Strawberry Dakari recipe. If anyone has a recipe would be grateful. Groovy

Strawberry Daquari or Strawberry Daiquiri

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri recipe

1 oz light rum
1 oz lime juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 oz strawberries

Blend all ingredients with ice,
Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Strawberry Daiquiri

1      ounce         Light Rum
1/2  ounce         Strawberry Schnapps
1      ounce         Lime Juice
1      teaspoon   Powdered Sugar
1      ounce         Fresh or Frozen Strawberries

 Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Recipes - Creamy Strawberry-Banana Tart
Makes 10 servings

Ingredients
1 package (16 ounces) frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, thawed
2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate,
thawed and divided
1/4 cup sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 egg whites, beaten
1 package (3 ounces) soft ladyfingers, split
4 teaspoons water
1/2 container (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat nondairy whipped topping,
thawed
1 medium banana, quartered lengthwise and sliced
1 teaspoon multi-colored decorator sprinkles (optional)

1. Place thawed strawberries and 2 tablespoons orange juice
concentrate in blender container or food processor bowl. Blend or
process until smooth.
2. Stir together sugar and gelatin in medium saucepan. Stir in
strawberry mixture. Cook, stirring frequently, until boiling.
3. Stir about half of mixture into beaten egg whites. Return all to
saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat about 2 minutes
or until slightly thickened. (Do not boil.)
4. Pour into bowl. Refrigerate 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until mixture
mounds when spooned, stirring occasionally.
5. Cut half of ladyfingers in half horizontally. Place around edge of
9-inch tart pan with removable bottom. Place remaining ladyfingers
into bottom of pan, cutting to fit.
6. Stir together remaining 1-1/2 teaspoons orange juice concentrate
and water. Drizzle over ladyfingers.
7. Fold thawed dessert topping and banana into strawberry mixture.
Spoon into ladyfinger crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Sprinkle
with multi-colored sprinkles, if desired. Cut into 10 wedges to
serve.
