Crockpot French Onion Beef

1 1/4 lb Boneless beef round steak; 1/2 to 3/4″ thick; cut 6 pc
8 oz Pk fresh mushrooms; sliced
1 lg Onion; slice rings
1 cn Condensed French onion soup
6 1/4 oz Pk 15-minute herb stuffing mix
1/4 c Margarine or butter; melted
4 oz Mozzarella; shredded
Layer half of the beef, mushrooms and onion in 3-1/2 to 4 qt crockpot; repeat layers. Pour soup over ingredients. Cover; cook LOW for 8 to 10 hours or until beef is tender and no longer pink. Before serving, toss stuffing mix and contents of seasoning packet with melted margarine and 1/2 cup liquid from pot. Place stuffing on top of contents in crockpot; cover. Increase heat to high setting. Cook 10 minutes or until stuffing is fluffy. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Cook until cheese is melted.

Crock Pot Chicken Marsala

 Crock Pot Chicken Marsala

4 half chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
2/3 cup Marsala wine
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cut chicken breasts into cubes. Place chicken, butter, water and
spices in crock pot/slow cooker. Mix cream cheese, wine and mushroom
soup until combined and pour over chicken.

Crockpot Barbecue Beef Wraps

Crockpot Recipes - Crockpot Barbecue Beef Wraps 

     

  • 1 boneless beef loin tri top roast
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onion, including tops
  • 7 chili flavored or plain flour tortillas (9 inch)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) chili beans drained and slightly mashed (do not rinse)
  • 1 can (11 ounce) whole kernel corn drained
  •  

Directions:

Place beef in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. Combine molasses, mustard, vinegar, chili powder, Worcestershire Sauce, ketchup and green onion. Pour half of sauce over beef.  

Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce. Cover and cook on LOW about 7 hours or until beef is tender. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thinly slice beef across grain.

Place about 1/2 cup beef on each tortilla. Top each with about 3 tablespoons benas, 3 tablespoons corn and 1 tablespoon of the reserved sauce. Fold ends in and roll up. Wrap each in foil. Place in oven about 15 minutes or utnil heated through.

Crockpot Soup Recipes - CORN CHOWDER RECIPES

Crockpot Soup Recipes- CORN CHOWDER RECIPES
1 can (32 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
3 medium potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter

Combine corn, potatoes, onion, salt and pepper, and chicken broth in crockpot.

Cover; cook on LOW for 7-9 hours.

Depending on how chunky you like your chowder, puree half the batch in a blender or food processor, or puree all of it for a smooth, creamy soup. Then return mixture to crockpot and stir in milk and butter.

Increase heat to HIGH and cook for one more hour.

Slow Cooker Mexican Beef Stew

2 pounds beef stew meat
1 can (28 ounces) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 cup frozen small whole onions, (from 1-pound bag)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 envelope (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (11 ounces) Mexicorn whole kernel corn with red and green
peppers, drained

1. Mix beef, tomatoes, frozen onions and chili powder in 3 1/2- to 4-
quart slow cooker.

2. Cover and cook on low heat setting 9 to 11 hours or until beef is
tender.

3. Stir in taco seasoning mix, using wire whisk. Stir in black beans
and corn. Cover and cook on high heat setting 15 to 30 minutes or
until thickened.

Makes 6 servings

BARBEQUED HOT DOGS

BARBEQUED HOT DOGS

Pkg. cocktail hot dogs
1/4 c. mustard
3/4 c. grape jelly

Place mustard and grape jelly into crock pot. Place on high. Put hot dogs in
and simmer. Great sauce for sweet and sour meatballs, too.

HAM AND SCALLOPED POTATOES

6 to 8 slices of ham
8 to 10 med. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 onions, peeled and thinly sliced
1 c. grated Cheddar or American cheese
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup

Put half of ham, potatoes and onions in crock pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then grated cheese. Repeat with remaining half. Spoon undiluted soup over top. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours in crock pot or high 4 hours. Variations: sausage instead of ham and omit the cheese.
