Garlic chili sauce
Garlic chili sauce 8 cloves garlic 5 fresh red chili peppers ( chopped, either seeded or un seeded depending on your "heat' preference 4 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. sugar (or more depending on your taste) 1 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. chili oil In a blender, blend garlic and peppers, sugar and salt. Taste to see if you may care to add more "heat" or more sugar. Slowly blend in vinegar one tbsp at a time and season with salt. Slowly add in chili oil, or you may substitute vegeatble oil. Very spicy but great on Middle eastern food s and even on burgers and in salad dressings.
