Zucchini Hors D'oeuvres
for 4 servings : 1 Cup Bisquick 1/8 tsp White Pepper 1/2 Cup Onion, Chopped Fine 1 Clove Garlic, Minced 1/2 Cup Parmesan, Grated 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil 2 Tbls Fresh Parsley, Chopped 4 Medium Eggs, Well Beaten 1/2 tsp Salt 3 Cups Zucchini, Sliced Thin 1/2 tsp Oregano, Ground Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients but the zucchini. Mix thoroughly. Stir in the zucchini. Lightly grease a (13"x9"x2") baking pan. Spread the mixture in the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2" squares. Serve warm.
Zesty Nachos
1 medium-sized bag tortilla chips 4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated 1 ounce Monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers, grated 2 scallions, sliced Heat the broiler. Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the grated cheeses and the scallions evenly over the top. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately, with salsa or guacamole.
TINY HAM STUFFED TOMATOES
1 pt. cherry tomatoes 2 (2 1/4 oz.) cans of deviled ham 3 tbsp. sour cream 2 tbsp. horseradish Fresh parsley for garnish Thinly slice tops of cherry tomatoes. Remove pulp; drain shells upside down on paper towels. In a small bowl, combine deviled ham, sour cream and horseradish. Stuff tomatoes and refrigerate. Garnish with parsley before serving. Tuna stuffed tomatoes: substitute one 3 1/2 oz. can of tuna for ham.
White Castle Vidalia Dip
14 White Castle hamburgers, Chopped fine; buns set aside 2 1/2 c Chopped Vidalia onions 1 3/4 c Hellmann's (R) mayonaise 2 c Shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 c Crumbled bacon Crushed crackers (topping) Mix all above ingredients (except buns and crackers). Bake in casserole dish at 350 deg F. for 30-35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Put open buns under broiler until toasted. Serve dip on buns or crackers.
WHITE CASTLE HAMBURGERS - SLIDERS
2 lb Lean Ground Beef 1/4 c Dry Minced Onion 1/4 c Hot Water 3 oz Jar Strained Beef Baby Food 2/3 c Clear Beef Broth 1 pk Hot Dog Buns Soak 1/4 cup dry minced onions in 1/4 cup hot water until soft while you mix 2 pounds ground beef with 3 ounce jar of strained beef baby food and 2/3 cup clear beef broth. Keep patties uniform using 1/4 cup meat mixture for each patty, flattened to 1/4" and fried quickly in 1 T oil per patty on a hot griddle. Make 3 or 4 holes in patties while frying. Cut hot dog buns in half. Cut off rounded ends. Fry 1 t onions under each patty as you turn to fry 2nd side. Slip each patty into bun with 2 dill pickle chips, mustard and catsup.
Honey Coated Crunchy Chicken Fingers
Ingredients : 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1/4 cup honey (slightly warmed) 1/4 cup water 1 cup crushed corn flakes Instructions : Preheat oven to 425; Spray baking sheet with vegetable spray 1) Cut chicken breasts crosswise into strips 3/4 inch wide. In small bowl combine honey and water. In small bowl combine honey and water. Put corn flakes on a plate. 2) Dip chicken strips in honey mixture then coat with corn flakes crumbs. Put on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked at center, turning chicken over at halfway point. Serves 6
Crispy Onion Chicken Fingers
Ingredients 1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® TASTE TOPPERS French Fried Onions 1 pound boneless skinless chicken fingers 3 to 4 tablespoons FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard or FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard GRILL & GLAZE Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Taste Toppers into resealable plastic food bag; seal. Crush taste toppers with rolling pin. Coat chicken fingers with mustard. Dip into crushed onions. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is crispy and no longer pink inside.
Double Cheeseburger Pizza Rounds
Ingredients: 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or turkey 1 (1 lb. 0.3-oz.) can Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits 1 egg yolk 1/4 teaspoon water 1 tablespoon sesame seed 1 (14-oz.) jar pizza sauce 4 oz. (1 cup) crumbled feta cheese 2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives Dash Worcestershire sauce Dash hot pepper sauce Dash salt Dash pepper 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded pizza cheese blend or mozzarella cheese Prep Time: 15 Minutes (Ready in 35 Minutes) Preparation Directions: 1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. 2. Meanwhile, separate dough into 8 biscuits. Place 2 1/2 inches apart on sprayed cookie sheet. With bottom of flat 2-inch diameter glass or with fingers, press out each biscuit to form 3 1/2-inch round with 1/4-inch rim around outside edge. In small bowl, combine egg yolk and water; beat well. Brush over tops and sides of biscuits. Sprinkle each with sesame seed. 3. Add all remaining ingredients except pizza cheese blend to ground beef; cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly. 4. Spoon about 1/4 cup ground beef mixture into indentation in each biscuit. Sprinkle each with pizza cheese blend. 5. Bake at 375°F. for 12 to 17 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Carefully remove from cookie sheet. 8 pizzas
