Stuffed Celery
Stuffed Celery
2 large stalks of celery (trimmed and washed)
2 pounds of softened cream cheese
6 ground jumbo shrimp
6 ounces of brie
2 teaspoon of finely chopped shallots
1 teaspoon of finely chopped chives
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of Tabasco green hot sauce
1 tablespoon of paprika
The mix
In a food processor, combine your shrimp, cream cheese, and brie
Mix until smooth.
Add your shallots and pulse quickly until combined.
Add your sauces and pulse quickly.
Scoop your wonderful creation into a pastry bag.
Using a nice tip (we suggest a “rose”) on the pastery bag, carefully
stuff your celery stalks.
Cut your stuffed celery stalks into pieces approximately 4 inches
long .
Arrange nicely on a serving platter.
Sprinkle with chives and paprika.
