1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 egg
4 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup reduced fat milk
2 1/2 cups self-raising flour
Preheat oven to 200c.
Grease a 12 cup muffin pan
Place the soup in a bowl then stir in the remaining ingredients.
Spoon into muffin cups then bake for 20 - 25 minutes
