Vietnamese-Spiced Pork Chops
Vietnamese-Spiced Pork Chops (Cooking Light) 4 (4oz.) boneless center-cut loin pork chops 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tsp aparika 2 tsp ground coriander 1 tbsp bottled minced ginger 2 tsp bottled minced garlic 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper 3/4 tsp salt cooking spray Sliced green onions (optional) Lightly score a diamond pattern on both sides of pork. Combine sugar and next 6 ingredients (sugar through salt); rub evenly over pork. Heat a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium- high heat. Add pork; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done. Garnish with sliced green onions. Yields 4 servings.
