Picante Broccoli Chicken Salad
1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup Picante sauce 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 to 1-teaspoon chili powder 2 cups chicken, cubed & cooked 2 cups broccoli florets1 cup fresh tomato, diced 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/4 cup green pepper, julienned 1/4 cup sweet red pepper, julienned Flour tortillas, warmed In a large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients; mix well. Add the chicken, broccoli, tomatoes, cheese, onion and peppers; toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with warmed tortillas.
