Brown Rice Salad
INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked brown rice,
1 cup cooked green beans,
1 diced capsicum,
1/2 cup chopped spring onions,
1/2 cup toasted almonds.
SALAD DRESSING
3 tbs olive oil,
2 tbs vinegar,
1 tbs soya sauce,
1 tsp honey.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS, ADD SALAD DRESSING.
