Hot german potato salad
1 tsp. flour
2 tbs. brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 cup of mayonnaise
8 hot, cooked potatoes
4 strips of bacon, fried, and diced
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
3 tbs. minced onion

Combine flour, brown sugar, water and vinegar in top of double
boiler. Add mayonnaise and cook until slightly thickened. Dice hot
potatoes; add bacon, hard sliced eggs and onion. Pour hot dressing
over mixture, mix well.
