ALL IN ONE CASSEROLE
1 lb. hamburger
2 medium onions, chopped
salt & pepper
3 regular sized potatoes (sliced)
1 can creamed corn
1 cup cooked rice or 3 handfuls of very thin noodles
(uncooked)
Preheat oven to 350* Brown onion and hamburger. Grease
bottom of 2 qt.
casserole dish lightly. Spread sliced potatoes on
bottom of dish. Pour
corn over potatoes top with layer of rice or
noodles. Cover with
hamburger and onion. Add a cup or two of water to keep
juicy.
Bake until potatoes are done.
**You can add green beans or carrots before hamburger
layer if you wish**
